S.T.E.P. Exhibit Rental Program: as an alternative to purchasing a custom exhibit, Expon Exhibits offers a S.T.E.P.-Square-foot Tradeshow Exhibit Program, which is a partnership where we provide you with a custom exhibit for your trade shows and take responsibility for maintaining the exhibit properties in like-new condition. We retain ownership of the exhibit while you own the use of it on a payment per square foot per use basis.
Services included in the S.T.E.P.:

Exhibit inspection, maintenance and repair. All exhibit components kept in like-new condition.

Exhibit storage when not in use.

Exhibit handling. Preparation for shipment and receiving.

Scheduled refurbishment and upgrades.

Setup exhibit in our facility before each show for client preview.

Logistic coordination. Exhibit management to the show floor.

Future designs and drawings.
S.T.E.P. Program Advantages:

Under the guidelines of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the IRS, exhibit rentals can be treated as a business expense.

100% tax deductable.

Rental exhibits never appear on the company balance sheet and therefore don't adversely affect profitability ratios.

Rather than tie up a bank line of credit or deplete cash reserves, the S.T.E.P. program creates another legitimate channel to finance an exhibit.

No interest or finance charges.

Exhibit never becomes obsolete. Upgrades are strategically built into the program.

At the end of the term, if you wish not to own the exhibit or extend the term, Expon Exhibits is responsible for the disposing of the exhibit.
